This ain’t your store-bought pecan pie. Ours is slow-baked with rich pure cane syrup, not that corn syrup mess. It’s nutty, gooey, and Southern as a porch swing in July.
We call it Pe’Cane Pie ‘cause we don’t play by store-bought rules. Around here, we bake our pies with real pure cane syrup, just like it should—we don’t meddle with that no’count corn syrup mess.
What you get is a pie that’s deep, dark, and rich with that smooth molasses-kissed flavor. Toasted pecans float on top of that golden gooey goodness, tucked in a buttery, flaky crust made with love (and maybe a little lard, if we’re bein’ honest).
It’s sweet but not too sweet, with just the right touch of Southern soul. One bite and you’ll swear you’re sittin’ at the family table way back when, fork in one hand, napkin in the other.
