Terms and Conditions for Kuntry Redd’s BBQ

Welcome to Kuntry Redd’s BBQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, (the “Site”), and any orders, services, or interactions related to our food and catering business. By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Use of Website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes and to inquire about or purchase our food and catering services. You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information through order forms or contact forms.
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

2. Food Orders & Catering Services

We offer catering and food service for events, private orders, and general public service. By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding event date, time, location, and number of guests.
Ensure access for delivery and/or setup at the specified venue.
Pay in full or as agreed in advance per our pricing or invoice.

Menu Items & Availability:
Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and supply. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

We do not guarantee allergen-free food. While we take precautions, our kitchen may contain common allergens including but not limited to:

Dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, shellfish, and gluten.

Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to inform us in writing of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or ordering. Kuntry Redd’s BBQ is not liable for allergic reactions.

4. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Final quotes are honored as listed on your invoice.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, card, or other approved digital payments.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your catering event.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

5. Delivery, Setup & Inclement Weather

If your order includes delivery or on-site catering:

We aim to arrive on time; however, inclement weather, traffic, or hazardous road conditions may impact timing.
In cases of severe weather (e.g., flooding, high winds, extreme heat, wildfires), Kuntry Redd’s BBQ reserves the right to:
- Delay, modify, or reschedule service.
- Require adjustments to service location (e.g., move setup indoors or under cover).
- Cancel the event if conditions pose a danger to staff, equipment, or guests.
Client will be notified immediately in the event of a weather-related disruption, and alternative arrangements will be discussed.

Customer Responsibility:
You agree to provide safe, weather-appropriate access and working conditions for our team, including shelter or indoor alternatives when necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kuntry Redd’s BBQ shall not be held responsible for:

Damages arising from food allergies or customer misuse.
Weather-related delays, disruptions, or cancellations.
Issues related to venue accessibility or safety.
Any indirect or consequential damages related to catering services.

All services are provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee beyond the agreed service scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Kuntry Redd’s BBQ and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any information submitted via this Site (contact form, order form, etc.) is used solely for business purposes.

We do not share your private information with anyone.
